Very simple! Just go to the My Account section, click the Register tab, enter your email address and choose a password and your account will be set up right away. You will need to upload your government-issued ID on the Checkout page when placing your first order. Please note, you must be over 19 years of age and a Canadian citizen to order with GreenGod. We perform daily audits on our registry to confirm ID and age.
ID’s are required for proof of age (19+). We keep all IDs stored on our server and purge them every quarter. You can choose to upload your ID document during the checkout process on your first order, or email it to us at [email protected]Acceptable forms of identification:

Below are some ways you can convert your ID document into the formats listed above: 1) Camera enabled smart phone: Snap a photo of your ID using your smart phone, and then email us the attachment from your phone’s email app. 2) Webcam: Place your ID in front of your computer’s webcam and take a photo of it. Email us the image. If you don’t have webcam software, try: https://manycam.com/ 3) Desktop scanner: Scan your ID into an image file (jpg,png,gif), and email us the image. 4) USB Camera: Take a picture with your camera, plug the camera into your computer via USB and then email us the image file. All orders received by 10AM PST will ship the same day. If your order is received after 10AM PST, your order will ship the following business day. Orders received after 10AM PST on Friday will ship on Monday.
Operations runs a regular Monday to Friday work week, with operating times from 7:00AM – 5:00PM PST. Support and Live Chat are available outside of business hours, please allow extra time for inquiries placed over the weekend or during holidays.
How Interac e-Transfers Work If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an interac e-Transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after payment has been received. Parcels are shipped in order received. Same day delivery for orders placed prior to 10:00AM PST (1:00PM EST), unless otherwise noted.
Please send e-Transfers to [email protected]. We ask that you set your security question to your order number, and the password to “greengod.” If there is an error, please reach out via email to [email protected] with your order number and payment details.
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an e-Transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Every bank has a slightly different process for registering a new payee, however each major bank will have helpful tools available online for getting the payee registered. If payment is not received within 24 hours you will receive a reminder email. If payment is not received you will receive a second email after 48 hours with a 24 notice to complete the payment. After 72 hours the order is canceled. If you need help sending an e-Transfer or need to request an extension, please email [email protected] with your Order # and reason for an extension.
*Please note that we provide store credit for refunded products. Store credit is not applied until product is received by our shipping facility.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace.
If a trace is filed, the shipper will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package free of charge. We do not offer replacements if the parcel is misplaced or stolen, or in the event that the shipping address was entered incorrectly in the order details. Once the tracking ID show’s that the parcel was delivered to the shipping address provided successfully, the order is considered ‘completed.’
Please note: We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
If you’re tracking your package on shippers website and it has not updated in some time it is most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. More often than not members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the shipper. Please see “What happens if I don’t get my package?” For further details.
If you’re tracking your package on the shipper’s website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error. Please allow for 2 business days to pass, if the shipper doesn’t correct the error please see “What happens if I don’t receive my package.”
